Welcome to Studio Di Donato. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, content, and materials provided by Studio Di Donato ("we", "us", or "our"). 

By accessing or using our website (the "Site") or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site. 

1. Intellectual Property 

All content on this Site, including but not limited to logos, graphics, drawings, floor plans, photographs, renderings, mood boards, text, design concepts, project documentation, and software ("Content") is the exclusive property of Studio Di Donato and/or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. 

You may not: 

  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site or its Content without express written permission from Studio Di Donato. 

  • Use our intellectual property, trade name, or branding in a manner that suggests endorsement or partnership without prior written consent. 

  • Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the Content. 

Studio Di Donato retains full ownership of all designs, presentations, materials, and ideas shared with clients before, during, and after project completion, including but not limited to those not selected or implemented. 

2. Client Work & Confidentiality 

Any design concepts, ideas, or materials shared with clients during consultations, presentations, or design processes remain the property of Studio Di Donato unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement. 

Clients may not use, or replicate design concepts, layouts, or materials provided by Studio Di Donato without purchasing the associated service or obtaining written approval. 

All communication, project documentation, and visuals shared in confidence are considered proprietary and confidential and may not be distributed or published without consent. 

3. User Conduct 

You agree to use this Site for lawful purposes only and not to: 

  • Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content. 

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site. 

  • Impersonate another user or provide false information. 

4. Third-Party Links 

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites and encourage you to read their terms and privacy policies. 

5. No Warranty 

All services and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Studio Di Donato makes no guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content. 

6. Limitation of Liability 

Studio Di Donato shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your access to or use of the Site or any services provided, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
